Reviews for: A Reading from the Letters of a Werewolf

Great insight! This needs to have more written as well. Actually this letter either needs to be sent to Harry maybe Hedwig brings a letter and seeing this one takes it back or Sirius sees it himself.

Interesting take on Lupin's relationship with Black.
He probably needed to pour out the poison of bitterness into a letter but that doesn't mean that what he wrote in it is the sum total of his feelings. Perhaps the next day he wrote an entirely different letter focusing on the good things.

I really liked this- I mean I love the idea of Sirius and Remus, best friends (or more) happily reunited- but it's fun to see bitter, angry Remus for a change. About half way through the letter, I said, "He's NOT going to send this." So glad he didn't. I don't mind bitter, angry Remus, as long as he doesn't burden Harry with it. I wouldn't mind if Sirius saw the letter though...

I was crying by the end of this. That's all I'm saying, apart from 'excellent'.

Wow. A very realistic take on, not only Lupin, but Black as well. Very well written.

This is really good! Jeez! I think you should add another chapter or something... Maybe turn it into a mini ficlet thing... Well, anways... Even if you don't, it's awesome!

Damn. Deep.

I think you should have Remus send the letter and have Harry write back

Good God! He's so bitter! Although, I can definitely see why he would be that way, what with everything that's happened to him. I almost would say that the extent to which he's mad at Sirius is too much- he DID embrace Sirius like a brother at the end of PoA, after all. Was that an act, or has the fact that Sirius is just a bastard and not a murderer changed Lupin's view since then? The last paragraph goes toward explaining his actions, but I'd explore it further.
