I'm loving all the 'Barry-Bear-centric' stories on here! He's such a fantastic and over-looked character. Very nice story and happy to see Bear as the hero, but also Jon too, jumping in to save him.

I loved CHiPs when I was growing up. I wanted to be a motorcycle cop even the Baricza was my favorite. Nice story! Sunny

That was one of the best story that I read yet.

I so enjoyed this story. Your use of dialog flows and stays consistent with each character. You also have a nice blend of action vs dialog. I like it that you've left us hanging with more than one question. (Hope a chapter 2 is coming soon.) The premiss is sound and plausible and for those of us who don't know all the protocol for emergency services, I feel a little more informed.
