Uh Naraku was not the one who attacked the village. His jopb was done when he returned the jewel to its place so Inuyasha would find it. The one who attacked the village was Inuyasha himself...

if it was between hurting her or not getting any, he would choose celibacy... he's just that kinda guy.

i don't know if you ever have or ever want to watch a really great anime ('rurouni kenshin') but if you've got a few minutes here and there...

this was so emotional too! *wipes eyes* leave it to a baby to turn even the staunchest hearts. thirty some odd years ago my sister had a baby girl and my racially prejudiced (like archy bunker) father fell in love and actually tolerated my sister's husband so he could spend time with his granddaughter - except he was always trying to pinch her nose skinny and keep her out of the sun.

now i'm smiling. )

Great story so far, you can really feel the warmth they share and how much they care for one another. It's the regular day to day things that make Inuyasha and Kagome seem more connected as well!

A very nice two-shot. Would you care to try for three? Very nicely written, one wonders what nightmare Inuyasha was reliving, but it was sweet that the scents of his family brought him 'home'.
