The Eye of God 12/11/12 . chapter 24
Great story, I really hope you will update soon.
I had one idea: Since Tom wants to train Harry to be his equal and he could do it in the RoR, he could also have Harry perform a few rituals in the Room. Like one to improve his physical condition and push his body to his prime (like using the flesh and bones of a giant or an animal as material to improve his body), or one to deepen Harry's connection to his magic allowing him to use it easier and better...
Anyway, update soon.

While I do enjoy reading your storie and hope you continue this one again before too long, I have to say that writing for your own enjoyment is definately the right reason to do fanfiction, as much as any one reason is "the right one." Nothing can draw you on to work through the rough patches and tell the next part of the story like wanting to find out what it will become, and nothing can make doing so enjoyable if you just don't care - the praise and attention of unknown internetizens is a nice sauce, but not a full meal, to bend the metaphor another way.

For all of that, Racheal is the very first daughter-of-Voldemerde type character who I have found to be anything but the most annoying sort of Mary-Sue, and I'm quite interested in how her story with Harry unfolds - Sane (Kinda) Tom is a fun character too, actually.

"...I have noticed your memories of my daughter's derriere, and I assure you, it will only become more refined with age, Mister Potter. Can you not blame a man for wanting to pluck such a ripe and tender fruit?"

He took one glance, has her father inside his head and look at it, already has approval for marriage :3

You want to know annoying horcrux?

What if I did what Less Wrong's Quirrell asked of Harry?
What if I enchanted an ice block to be a horcrux, melted it and threw it into sea?
X-elemental 11/18/12 . chapter 2
What do you mean, a naming problem? Don't you have same name for two completely unrelated things in your language? Like, say, ship and ship in english? Or cheese and cheese? Or stool and stool? Or fuck and fuck and fuck and fuck and ...you get the picture.
Cormalindo 11/5/12 . chapter 10
This is perhaps one of the best sequences in fanfiction that I have ever read. It can be argued both ways if there should be more description here, clean delivery vs more detail, but theconcept and sudden break that is so believable? Masterful

Interesting read.

An excellent story, I like the idea of the ROR dimensional bridge.

Also a great story!
After having read "Something wicked ..." it read this one and have to say that it really is great.
There are so many dimension-travelling stories out there or stories where Harry has a brother etc etc but you created something completely new. Especially great: one really has no idea where the story will go - quite different to the usual time-travelling stories.
Maybe, you will finde some inspiration/some ideas to continue it at some point?
I am sure, it might be a lot of fun!
Bad-ass action in "something wicked"... politics, mentoring, dating, etc etc in this story?

Cheers

Interesting
Kythorian 10/5/12 . chapter 24
Just finished the story. I very much enjoyed it overall, though not quite as much as Jamie Evans. I am pretty sure that this story started as just wanting to have Voldemort give Harry the Talk, and the rest of the story just fell into place as an exercise in 'how do i get there'. *grin*
Kythorian 10/5/12 . chapter 19
I know this was probably posted a while ago, but i am just now reading through this story...I have to agree with whoever that reviewer was. Wizards(if they abandon their traditional completely stupidity) would completely destroy muggles.

Oh, there would be losses. Diagon alley probably would be destroyed, but it probably would have been mostly abandoned before that.

And of course I don't mean in 'the wizarding army gets their wands ready on one side of the battlefield and the muggles get their tanks and artillery ready on the other side' sort of battle. of course wizards would lose that.

No, im talking about the 'wizards apparate into the bedrooms of all the leaders of government and put them under the imperious' type of war. The type that is fought behind the scenes with loyalty potions and compulsions. With portkeying mandrakes into areas where dissenters gather. With wards and spells from a distance, NEVER direct confrontation with muggle millitaries(except those times the wizards send muggle armies under their control via imperious of leadership against other muggle armies, of course). By sending Dementors out into areas with large groups causing problems(the wizards control them SOMEHOW. if the patronus was the only method of making them do anything, they would have just left and started running amok a long time ago). With setting up taboos around words that might indicate rebellion against their wizard masters, and imperiousing the leaders of any organization that sprung up and turning the groups against other muggles.

The list of possibilities goes on. The ministry would lose against muggles, sure. They have neither the intelligence, nor the will to do what would be necessary in such a war. Voldemort(or a sane thinking voldemort like the one in Harry's old diminsion anyway) would almost certainly win.

You say that for every wizard who dies, they would have to kill a thousand muggles. That is assuming they want to kill them all rather than just take over their leaders(there are not that many people in true positions of leadership in a given government. everyone else ultimately answers to them. Certainly it is far fewer than there are wizards), and have them work for wizards now.

And even if they DO want to kill all the muggles...fine, just have wizards randomly apparate into muggle areas a few dozen times a day and unleash an uncontrolled fiendfire, then apparate out. Any average wizard could build up a thousand kills in not that long that way. Plus the more intellegent methods listed above such as sending mandrakes and setting up compulsions that have muggles killing eachother and such.

I don't honestly see how voldemort could LOSE. Muggles can't find him. He makes any wizards who know any important information make unbreakable oaths not to reveal it. And just continues hitting and hitting them, taking control over any leaders that emerge among the muggles every time they try and get in any way organized...eventually muggles would either just die off, or capitulate in absolute terror.

Very good work! I don't envy Harry (Rex), but combined with your take on a sane Riddle, this story is just to interesting to be left aside.

Thanks for sharing.
