This is fantastic! I so wish that Criminal Minds and NCIS could have a crossover, and Abby and Garcia could meet in the shows.

I enjoyed reading this story. Loved the character interaction between Abby and Penelope.

I have a question, is this a one shot? If not then upload soon. This has potential to be really sweet and cut. If it I'd then I like it! It's cute and open to interpretation. Either way it's good.
