Nicely written story. I really enjoyed it.

Shorter than I usually read, but I like it a lot. I like that Zoe is vulnerable with Wash, being strong and courageous doesn't mean you can't be tender and loving and it doesn't mean you don't need someone to lean on and feel protected by. I think Wash and Zoe protect each other, Zoe protects him physically and Wash protects her emotionally, it feels so right for them.
