Very well written story! I particularly like his take on what a hero really is.

Maybe this was unintentional, but I imagined him looking like the Army vet from the 'Left 4 Dead' game.

I just read this and already I'm sending the links to all my friends. This is a wonderfully narrated take, and it's the most coolest character I've ever had the pleasure to read about! Another cool bit was how there was an element of Pol Pot that was missing from WWZ, even when it seemed all too possible for it to happen again. Seriously, this is really well done.
