SaintFirestar666 11/27/11 . chapter 1
When you read this, is one meant to be roaring with laughter? If not I'm afraid to I've disappointed you because by sekhmet that was hilarious. I especially liked the ranted about the embalmer. I am defiantly going to use that expression in future; "that two-faced, mangy jackal son-of-a-whore."

Aah, priceless.

I look forward to more from you, though you are probably very bored of such sentiments. I am interested to see how you work all the characters into this, Ryou was, I have to say, genius.

"The use of spiked cheek-plates is cruel!" "They were living in over crowded conditions, it was Unhealthy!"

Oh, I cried. And the embodiment of all upper and lower egypt fancying his very male cousin? Scandalous! Of course this does make me doubt the appearance of the 'modern' crew, as it were, I find I probably will not mind if it continues in the same vein as this. I await with baited breath.

Saint, over and out.

Oh please do continue this at least a little more! Such well written insanity is difficult to find and ridiculously pleasing. The scribe contemplating how to write a sneeze had me laughing hysterically. Not to mention the fact that you've set up a rather intriguing plot...[insert raised eyebrow and ominously wiggling fingers]

That was really in interestingly plotted out drabble. I hope you can continue it and find the motivation.

Malik is too close to becoming Marik, I'm guessing, to notice that he's just cast a curse. TK Baku also seems way to preoccupied to notice the stirring in the chamber. I wonder how that will affect him. Lolz I'm thinking in his flight he will end up with the others at Isis' house somehow.

Isis was perfect. I really rolled as she berated her brother who was way to caught up in his appearance. Most guys just roll out of bed and splash themselves with water. It was the custom though to don eye make up to ward off the evil eye and to reflect the harsh rays of the sun away from your eyes, so it makes sense that he has to before going out.

Environmental activist Ryou has me in stitches. That is reall y interesting. Thanks for a great read.

OMG I recognize the title as a line from Emily Dickinson's poem, "The Chariot." I feel smart for knowing this 8D

I'm so happy you starting posting again after such a long intermission of inactivity! I would love to see how this story unwinds.

Really admire how you weave a series of random but also loosely connected events in the POV of several characters into a story. I love this kind of writting. Makes you really think how one character's actions might affect another's in some way. It's quite exciting when their situations start to overlap. :3

So clever, how you made Malik's unique style of eye make-up come to be xD

And of course his fascination with dirty love poems LOL

Oh dear, It seems Malik has inadvertently doomed them all, and tomb robber is first to face the consequences.

Lovely! Can't wait to see how he deals. D

I was so in need of a bit of galloping lunacy today, & here we are! I think I was sold on your self-described anachronistic patchwork when your cranky little Pharoah spat rocks out of his bread. That's realistic enough for me! Your pacing, your pacing is so beautiful-that's another thing that sells EVERYTHING historical you're juggling. You're wielding it like you know what you're talking about, & your characters are so well-drawn (also quickly, but deftly) that they're inhabiting the place completely.

I have to say, your exposition about the Embalmer, Thoth & Amun might be my favourite bit. It's a good thing I wasn't drinking anything...
