This was really well written! It has me really wanting more. Will there be more to this story?

After reading this fic, I got an idea that been stuck in my head for days! To short it up, Tony and Roddy, posibility Jarvis(got energy force shield etc) in humanoid mode fighting with Fallen in their dimension and because of wacky space bridge all 4 of them end up in the current DOTM (the one Will save Ironhide). They manage to 'off' that Fallen and... GAH!plot bunnyish got wing flies, buzzing me... P/S: love your stories! Hope you use this idea...

I hated that they killed off Ironhide... I just saw the movie a few hours ago and while loving the whole concept and the action I hated that they killed off the Autobots. That is also why I really liked this fic. You found a great way around the whole issue and it fit really well into the verse you created. Please continue with your writing! It always makes my day brighter to know that the stories continue one was or another.

I was really hoping someone would write a fix, and, of course, you delivered in a brilliant style. I think all fans of Ironhide needed this. I'm really glad you gave him another life.

I haven't seen the movie (3d - the only option - is not good for my eyes), but when I learned that Ironhide died, I'm not sure I want to see it. Judging by the other comments I'm apparently one of many who got teary-eyed. I saw the scene on youtube. What in the Pits gave Bay the bright idea to destroy one of people's favourite bots? Hopefully they won't kill any other good main characters in the future parts. I recall some being brought back in the cartoons, e.g. Jazz.

I completely understand the need to write fix-fics. Those things can be really cathartic.

As for errors, I haven't noticed any. At least nothing major, and being jet-lagged is excuse enough to me.

Really loved this. I nearly cried in the theater during this scene.

Man oh man...Ironhide just gone like that and no one mentions him again, it actually made me enjoy the movie less after that. *sigh*

Ironhide is my favorite of all of them and sitting in the theater I screamed when Sentinel Prime shot him...and then spent the next ten minutes shaking an in tears, and unable to actually enjoy the rest of that movie. I'm still getting choked up thinking about it. So thank you, for giving him life like this.

Since I had read the novelization of DOTM before seeing the movie, I was prepared for Ironhide's death and there were no tears.

As usual, you skillfully flayed that little cyst open like the surgeon that you are with this offering.

It's a good thing I have very nasty allergies, even this late in the season otherwise there would have been some 'splaining to do!

As for the critique... well, considering that you were jetlagged and "Ancient Primes fragged" with little sleep I'd say the two little ones that I spotted don't really count.

THANK YOU! I have to say I was not too impressed with T3. One of the major issues I had is-I care for the Autobots AT LEAST as much as the humans, but Michael Bay doesn't seem to. I wasn't 100% sure it WAS Ironhide who got killed, surely it would be a bigger deal if he were shot dead!

You've not only re-written his plot, you've reminded me why I think the writers should ask some dedicated Transformers fans what would make a good story.

I just about peed myself in the theatre yesterday when I learned that Sentinal switched sides. I had heard rumors of it, of course, but didn't want to believe it.

I prefer your version!

One thing I really did like, though, about this third movie was that Bay panned OUTward more. You got a broader view of the battles. It wasn't so close-up. That really aggravated me about the first two. And he SLOWED DOWN the action scenes quite a bit so you could see who was fighting who instead of it all being a messed up pile of gears and armor flying around.
