I loved this. I thought it was very well written, well paced and original. Great work. :)
On Dark Wings 7/13/11 . chapter 1
I'm actually very interested in seeing where this goes. Im not sure how you intend your readers to interpret this, and I'm not sure how to explain this in words, but there is no other I can think of than 'realisation'; the short paragraph "It's like waking up one morning in a desert" to the end of it, "and you stare at the sun and wonder if maybe you dreamed every road" hit me like a tonne of bricks. It was just that sort of thing that made me completely understand this side of Starscream you've presented, where behind the "arrogant, angry, cruel" 'Con and his quest for power and recognition in a devastating war, there was that suppressed want for the life he used to have and enjoy living.

Here he seems almost jealous of the humans, who have lived only a tiny, miniscule fraction compared to his own millions of years of life and yet achieved everything that he couldn't, and I can really feel his desperation to grasp at something that is just an inkling of what had been in his younger years. Here I see him yearning for something solid in his life, rather than the fleeting existences of Megatron, the Decepticon cause, the war, and Cybertron.

I honestly don't know what more to say, I am completely mesmerised with your writing style and your words. If you decide to continue this (no pressure :P), I'll gladly read what you have to write. All the best :)
