Wow...this is a really under-rated fanfiction, to only have a hundred or so reviews. You deserve a lot more. Excellently written, with all sorts of weird voodoo-like crap in it...never saw Buffy so I don't know how similar this is. Anyway, I saw it hasn't been updated in half a year but I hope you'll continue.

Well, this is interesting. An RK/BtVS fusion. Pretty interesting, but I'd like for it to be finished before reviewing the final product. I like the Hiko/Yumi pairing, and after reading 'Forests of the Night', I've decided I like Enishi/Kaoru better that Kaoru/Kenshin. Liked Enishi, though Tomoe was a bit wierd. Kenshin's behavior was rather erratic, and the explanations could be rather confusing. Found it rather implausible that with all the undead Battousai-gumi running around, other supernatural creatures haven't popped up. But I didn't watch BtVS, so don't know. This has alot of potential, and I'd like this to gradually meet up with FotN, 'cause I like Enishi better that Kenshin. Kenshin can have Tomoe or someone.

I also thought Kaoru was being stupid on the whole, 'well, just cause he's a dead creature doesn't mean we can't have sex' attitude. At 15 or 16, that seems a bit promiscuous, and unrealistic besides. Why would Kaoru throw herself at Kenshin like that?

Overall, an intersting story, which I hope you continue.

Whoa! The ritual was just so Willow and the results were just so Yumi! And the silver necklace - I'd been wondering about that. Makes me sad to think about it in context.

This was awesome again. From bloodrushing in the restaurant to bloody fights in a dark streets. The fight with Jineh in your story was a good reflection of the fight with Jineh in the original story.
