This is so sad. But you know what? I'm happy someone's finally telling it like it is. Because you know that kids really are this messed up and people really do these things. I hate the world when I hear about suicides, school shootings, self-disrespect, and horrible things like what ended up as September 11th, 2001. I totally think you are justified to write this. It was handled with obvious dislike for the actions but also with good characterization and caring and great affect on the characters that would obviously be most affected, such as Kim and Jimmy because they have a kid, etc.
