Very cute story! I loved how you didn't break it into parts and made it one long story. Also, your characterization of both Angel and BtVS characters (esp. Lorn) was very well done. Spike singing Oaklahoma off key on purpose was a nice touch ^_- Only thing I had a problem with was the mentioning of the dad toward the end. First you wrote that he was going back to England and then later changed it to him going to Spain. I would edit this and make it one or the other, not both. But over all, I think it's very nice. I actually read this on the Dancing Lessons site. I loved it there, but never sent feedback. That was back when I didn't know the importance of feedback. Taking up writing my own Buffy stuff, I now know. Anyway, this is a great piece, one of my favorites. I've read your other stuff, but am looking forward to new!

This has been one of my favorite Buffy fics ever since I first read it on the Death Marked Love site. I've read it more than once, and always enjoy the Spike POV. Love that long monologue during the walk.
