I love how you give so much detail for the characters and their actions. You describe things like the smallest feature on someone's uniform, and the movements of a fighter in the heat of battle, and it's all done so well. Great job 13DaL.

Hey! Character interaction before the story. I forgot about those. :)

I find it ironic that Midori is convinced that Miu could "steal Honoka away", when Honoka actually thought the same thing when it came to Miu and Kenichi. Also, an awesome fight with Kiyomi is about to begin next chapter!

Don't be surprised if you see me skip reviews for some chapters. Sometimes it's hard to come up with something good to write about, even when I DO like a chapter, like this one for example.

Looks like Hono-chan passed this test with flying colors. And I loved the dialogue between Ren and Midori. They're such good friends for Honoka.

Man, Honoka's really in it deep her fight with Iron Hand. A lot of good details with the fight, I found all of the dialogue believable (especially Kensei's line in the beginning) as well as the development between Hirota and Kiyomi. Both of them had interesting points made in this chapter, which I won't reveal to the readers. ;P

Ah, good to be back. After reading this chapter again, I noticed there were certain things I either take more notice of now, or even missed when reading it last time. The prime example would be would Iron Hand actually had an arm made out of metal. At first I though he just liked fighting with a metal gauntlet or something.

I want to say more, but I'll end by saying this chapter was full of good description and detail for the characters and the settings they were in. Good job.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I can be a big ham. ;P But in reality, I felt that you might find it odd if some new reviewer came in halfway through the story so I thought it couldn't hurt to let you know. *shrugs* Alright, on with the review.

Hmm. I don't know why, but I just find it so funny and cute, that Honoka was able to become all buddy-buddy with Ryouko as quickly as she did. Just shows that even in a fight, you can find out a lot about your opponent, and I guess in Honoka's case, she feels that she can trust Ryouko now that they have put their rivalry on hold since their last bout. :)

B. Boo, to my semi-impulsive completionism! I really want to go and check out the new chapter, but I really want to finish up what I started and get to that chapter naturally. But I'll get there. EVENTUALLY! (Amanda Bynes reference FTW)

Anyway, on to reviewing this chapter. If this chapter was brand new, I probably would critique on how "Flashback Natsu" was a little too harsh for his character. I personally wouldn't think that he'd tell someone to help their sibling by killing them "before the world does". But despite my nitpick, that scene does its job of pulling the heart strings.

The part with the masters immediately getting Honoka back to training; I can totally see that happening. They do feel bad for Honoka's dilemma, but at the same time, they know better that to let their disciple get soft. :P

Lastly, I wonder if any of your readers ever made anime art versions of your OC's. From Midorii, to Ren, to Kiyomi, to Ryouko, you give great detail of their appearance, personality, and even their clothing. But I can't help but be curious about how they would look if someone actually took the time to draw them. I'd happily do it myself, but at best, my little doodles are cruddy-tastic. Some people actually get impressed, but I'm NO expert.

Great to see you're still going 13DaL. Sorry I typed so much, but I got caught in the moment. :P I hope you continue to enjoy making these chapters, as much as we like to read them.

Long time no see. Loved the new chapter, I never considered that honoka and ryuto might have some sort of repore. I'm glad to see you update your story, I don't want your story ending up on the second page of the website. Keep writing, I'll keep reading

FREAKING PLOT TWIST. I LOVE IT.

In my opinion, this chapter could make Kenichi's author Syun Matsuena proud. This chapter comes very close so sounding like a episode or chapter from HSDK, if it hasn't hit the nail already.

Wow. Midori has a silent assassin side to her, huh? When I first read this, I expected her to be a fighter secretly, but not a swordswoman. If it weren't for Aihara (and his strong thighs. XD), that other girl wouldn't be around anymore.

And Wesley. Just what is going through her mind?
