Have to say, I really love this first chapter. Perfecting the daydream is such an easy thing to imagine him doing.

This was a really nice chapter and would be a lovely ending... however i'm sure i'd also love another chapter if you decided to continue.

If I had to stand up in my English class and give an example of what beautiful writing was, this would be the extract I'd use. Absolutely bloody amazing. My god I'd give anything for the writers to use this as the basis of series 10. Just superb.

I liked Harry's thoughts at the change in both their behaviour. Tentative and slow but perfectly IC. I'd like to read more. Please.

I am so glad that Ruth realizes that Harry's supposedly act of treason was an act of love. You describe so well Ruth's tentative gestures towards Harry and his gradual hope for something more. I love how Ruth makes her intentions clear and reaches out to Harry by slipping her arm through his. You might want to end your story now, with its suggestion of a fulfilled love. Though I would not mind another chapter, even more fluffy!

You make Harry's point of view on their relationship very compelling and touching. Great writing!

Having spotted your AN at the footer when I was half way through this I thought 'there better blummin' well be another chapter!' but now I've read it all I'm not so sure. It's a perfect place to end on the one hand, but I'm sure another chapter or two would have me grinning like a soppy sod too...

Please don't stop here. This is quite hopeful and feels good but a nice listen in on their talk and building of happy memories would be SO nice. Great telling of their story though. Just would love to read more.

I love the way you wrote this - one of the most painful moments in their relationship and poor Harry just has to take it. And then the whole Albany fiasco... Looking forward to the next chapter! :)
