Great use of an original character and of setting. So hard to see Meryl acting like a bitter old woman. Wonderful to see Vash and Meryl back together! _

wow, i know this was published years ago, but i just had to say that this fic was great.

That was such a great story...its sad that Milly is left all alone, but i loved all of the V/M fluff! Great job! I'm going to go read more of your stories!

HUH? I didn't review this fic before? There must be something seriously wrong with me...Anyway, very, very good. So original and realistic and just plain lovely. Angst and happy reunions go together like peas in a pod. It made me sniffle and smile. Plus it is re-readable! Not something that many fics can pull off. This fic kicks my ass front, back, and sideways. It's so original and refreshing, and it doesn't pretend that everything must end completely happily...though it's got enough happiness to be glad for. I lurve this fic. Thoroughly satisfying.
