A few questions though. 1. Will you include the war and Er Kang being kidnapped? (I hear a lot of people don't like this plot but I love it, perhaps because of Liu Tao.) 2. Which relationships do you write about? 3. Will you be using any of the remake's new characters like Benji or Xin Rong?

I think it depends on how you're planning to rewrite it but if it flows better as one story then you should keep it as one. If there's a definite end somewhere then picks up again a while later then you can split it :). As for the chapter length I think this is fine :D
