Okay, now that I am no longer being plagued by the West Nile Virus or whatever I had, here's an update:

Now that I've read further into the story and see the significance of the sword, as well as the fact that most of the time it isn't Alex filling enemies with shit, and then beating it out of them, I'm going to give you props for not making Alex annoying. He's got a short fuse, which makes him a little easier to relate to, because I'm a very angry man; a cynical man with anxiety and serious step-brother issues, but a man, nonetheless.

The point is, there is some degree of realism to Alex's personality that I find enjoyable. I've never turned into a fox hybrid guy before (I played Star Fox 64, but I don't think that counts), and I've never hurt anybody with sharp objects other than myself unintentionally before, but... personality? Yeah, I can relate to that.

Ammy and Alex becoming an item is a nice idea. You didn't do it right away, which... massive props. Thank you for not doing that. However, I'd say that the frequency of the moments is a little too high. That's not to say they aren't nice; they're all beautiful moments, but... unless this is a romantic story as well as an adventure, I'd limit it just a little bit more. Not so it's too infrequent, but not too frequently, either.

At this point, I don't know what I'm talking about, either.

Amunae is promising. He's strong, but it's nice to see him getting hurt from time to time. I like flawed characters, because flaws make it easier to make connections to characters, which I like to do.

The plot is becoming stronger, there is enough comic relief to keep me going, the songs get in the way, but if nobody else is bothered, then it's probably my ADD, and so I will eat my previous words (most of them).

All in all, the plot I've seen so far isn't bad. The chapters are long, and it's clear you put a lot into them. I do have a few things I want to pick at, because that's what I do.
I know what you're trying to do with the songs, but I'd omit them. They stop the flow of the story long enough to potentially take someone out of the moment. The songs might work if you were writing a shooting script, but otherwise... meh.
I want to like Alex. I do. My problem is the exceptional sword, armor, and speed with which he learns from Oki and experience. He's not bad. I'm just saying he could do with a dose of realism. More than he has, anyway. Mind that he doesn't become a Manny Glue... or Lou. Stu.
Yeah.
Other than that, there is a little unnecessary repetition, but I won't pick at that. It happens to the best of us.

All in all, the story is passionate and entertaining.

...*facepalm* did you REALLY have to put in one of those scenes where to a passerby it sounds like the two people are 'doing it'? I LOVE THE SONG YUNA WAS SINGING! SO PRETTY! I also noticed when I clicked on a video for the K-Project song, one of the guys from it lots an awful lot like Sebastian from Black Butler! And trust me, we never wanna pelt you with rocks when you update super late. We squeal and scream and make reading the chapter our first priority. You're just that good!

So that's my funny skit. Awsome chapter! The relationship of Yuna and Alex is turning out nicely. And he now has an alibi to explain to Ammy about...well.. You know. Is Alex going to be able to call on his "kitsune" form at will at any point? If so *evil face* Yuna gonna be floored XD. Yeah, I know procrastination*coughlazycoughness* sucks. I've been wanting to start my own story for a while now(months). But I want to plan it out before I do. But then I don't get enough ideas. Then I get a good idea. Then I want to start a story. Sorry, I can't remember at all right now, my conscious mind is almost completely busy plotting out two Avengers stories, a My Little Pony story, and a couple Okami ones at pretty much the same time with little break intervals, so... Yeah. Not a lot of brain power left for reviewing or remembering stories, sorry.

I'm, like, a teenager still, and I have to share a computer (thankfully not a phone, but even though finally decided to cooperate and let me sign in on mobile, it's still kinda derped up) with my two siblings, one of whom is also an . Anyway, we had to get an entire new computer, and we lost all of our story files. All of them.
Seriously. It's f***ing stupid.
Especially since I had a couple school assignments on there, and they were almost late because I nearly forgot to email them to myself before the computer switch. I was seriously nearly crying my eyes out and having a heart attack for a few memorable seconds before I found out that, yes, I did email that 600 point English assignment to myself.

I'm very remiss, I have been reading this thoroughly EPIC fanfiction on my phone over the course of several days without reviewing and I've been having a very hard time putting it down! I'm pretty sure I've neglected something...haha!

I hardly know what to say, I thought I'd come across some super-talented authors on here, but you eclipse them all! Your pure story-telling ability, the well-thought-out characters, plot lines, rich descriptions and sheer length of the story are simply nothing short of incredible! I'm well flabbergasted but incredibly hooked on this story, and I absolutely can't wait for the next chapter! Bring it on!

New update :D Am I going to have to buy front row seats to a battle between two female suitors? Seriously! I think I'm more worries about Ammy's reaction to Yuna than I am about the Black Hand. Not to mention Oki. Anywho, great chapter (even if It did take forever to update). Does this mean Alex is not returning to the normal world for sure?

As a matter in fact, I did enjoy this part like all the previous chapters. Now I got to go keep my promise to work on my own damn story which has been on hold for a month! I'm not going to stop watching this because a work takes time to write, especially something that's almost 300,000 words long.

Speaking of which, I am wondering how long this story is going to last. It is very engaging and well-written, but sometimes I feel like it's dragging on a bit. I'm not complaining or anything, but I am a little concerned about this going on forever with no end in sight. Then again, it does seem like you know what you're doing and how you're going to do it so it's probably no big deal.

In any case, just keep on writing. I'll be enjoying it all the way!
