Let me see, your crossover idea is great and the story is very entertaining.

There is only one problem. The fight X-men against Decepticons.

Skywarp can teleport, but he is the first to be taken down, before he can use it. Soundwave and Thundercracker have both sonic weapons, Rumble and Frenzy can cause earth quakes. All of the Decepticons are heavily armed with lasers ans missiles, but none of them has the comes to use them?

Megatron is the only one of them who actually manages to fire a shot and who out of the entire group does he manage to hit? Bishop, the only one of the entire X-men team who wouldnt be dead after such a shot and can even deflect it. Strange coincidence right? Every other of the X-men would have been dead. All in all you got the impression that the Decepticons are set up to loose.

The story is however good, despite the strange fight.

Magneto would be an epic insert into this story, A mutant with the power to control metal would be a great way to shake things up, especially with a mutant vs humans war, along with the giant robots.

think about it, If he gets access to one of those giant robots, Giant transforming suit of armor at his command

You can actually finish the story just do 2 or three universes at a time. I in my own opinion even though it is possible drop GI Joe from this universe, and have it before they were even formed and work on a seperate story with them with all the people united. The the universes would have been awesome to be combined bt unfortunately it would have taken you years to finish the story.

Interesting premise... but I have to wonder if you have a thing against the Transformers? You're making them seem awfuly wooden and not as vibrant as they should be.

Also, I'm assuming Phantom is your insert character here? She seems too much "Mary Sue" than a compliment to the canon X-Men... I'd suggest toning back on her and letting the others have some leeway in interacting with the story.

Otherwise, nice series... hope to see more soon.
