I really like the premise of this. The first sentence in particular hooked me right in. I am surprised this does not have any reviews! (well, it does now.) :3

Anyway! Nice job on this. The only thing I found a little hard to believe was the cat's age of 18. (Since cats do not live that long to my knowledge.) Other than that, fantastic! :D
