I'm not really a Doctor/Rose shipper anymore, but this was sweet. (And not unbelievable either, considering the tradition of kissing someone on New Years.) Now I wish it had happened in the episode! :(

funny.. I'd just finished the end of time last night and was wondering what was missing from his goodbye to Rose, now I know. Thank you, I think I'll pretend this happened in cannon.
