More digging about the Darkseid's thing there, and the way you pictured Tess reaction from seeing Granny Goodness was extremely smart! She was kinda daydreaming while the others around her were so focused on the monitors that they didn't even noticed her reactions at first. That was also the occasion to deep the AC/Tess thing a little and I still like that!

I also loved the way you manage to insert some humourous lines in the text, that's still very funny to read while being very serious, I know it makes no sense!

Now that Chloe knows Tess is a Luthor what's going to happen?

I dying to know it!

Lois - I can't believe the Blur is cheating on me (LOL) considering this is exactly what happened to Chloe, its nice that both characters can now feel the lurv that comes with being the blurs sidekick!. The reveal with Tess was also good and it will be interesting to see what Chloe does with that information. Good to see that Oliver is supportive of Chloe being acknowledged as a hero in her own right. (it will also be interesting to see how he handles news of Tess's parentage). Update soon please

Great sequel read all e chapters loved it the last one so emotional glad oliver opened up a little can't wait to see what happens next

Ooow, I can't believe Oliver refuses to let her in! He can't deal with his fears on his own, he should talk to her about his nightmares, about everything. He can be easily manipulated by Darkseid's minions in this state of mind. It's good that he at least admitted his worry about her.

I like the Tess-AC communication, it be interesting to see where this is going ;) I hope that eventually she will tell the team about her origin.

Good couple of chapters, I liked them a lot and now I'm looking forward to more :)

Great chapter. The AC/Tess banters will always be very funny to read just like any Chlollie one!

You've also kinda introduced the holy trinity, I guess and the bunch of crows symbolizing Darkseid's departure, It was very smart, I like that!

The last paragraph was almost heartbreaking, showing how much Ollie's insecure, I can't wait to read how it will be fixed!

aww i love this story! the last line was so sad, if she had to choose between him and the world she'd choose the world. That broke my heart but i think he's right. sigh can't wait for more!

You're going further on explaining Tess's situation and her attempts to work for the JLA which apparently she's doing quite well.

This chapter is also showing us the first issues of the Chlollie relationship that they'll have to resolve to make it work. Their relationship seemed almost perfect in the prologue but now we can see that they're having a hard time sharing their thoughts with the other about some topics.

So, to conclude, this first chapter shows us more breaches in the chlollie relationship (planning on some angst?) and in Tess's character. I'm sure you're setting them up so that Darkseid could use their problems against them, right?

Despite the first glimpses of what could become their "darkness", you're also showing us some funny Chloe/Tess and AC/Chloe banters while developing the AC/Tess relationship and I'm always having a good time reading it, it makes me laugh.

I'm hoping Chlollie will win over their insecurities and that Tess will get over the fact that she's a Luthor (Pretty sure AC will have a major role in it.) while Darkseid and Lex work at ruling the world!

You've given us two perfect chapters, I love how it begins and I can only ask for more! Keep writing, I'll always be looking forward to reading you!
