Oh wow, I've said this several times before but your characterization is absolutely flawless. You have Neville's character down to a tee and this was perfect. He's such a complicated character to get right and quite often people overdo the pity angle, which doesn't do him any justice at all. This is sweet, sad and downright lovely.

That first section with his parents, oh god... *actually crying*

Oh wow, this is so good! It's so well written it just sounds good in my head when I read. Neville is totally my fave, and this made me just love him even more! I love how you started with his parents, but that part made me cry. :(
