Enfleurage 7/6/10 . chapter 1I would have sworn with the amount of times I've read this story that I'd reviewed it but apparently I haven't. This is one of my favorite AW fanfics (even if Michael has the wrong color eyes, but heck, I'm sure you didn't have a video when you wrote this). I love the mythology and have always been impressed by the research that you did on tulpas, Psionic protocols, and Muerta. Even if some of it was wholecloth invention, it was done in a way that was eminently believable.
I am reviewing now - again, can't believe I hadn't done so previously - because I just returned home from the Adirondacks and the camp where we stayed had a merlin hanging about and I remembered your description of caitlin. The merlin hawk we had was small, a bit shrill, persistent and a bit repetitive, so it was a spot-on choice for Caitlin (at least in my opinion). |
Mystikwriter 2/1/10 . chapter 1I don't know how you do it. You describe something with a few words that literally builds a world in my mind. I read your stories and I can 'feel' everything. Very few stories are capable of entrancing me this thoroughly. |
xxcolorguardxx79 8/31/09 . chapter 1Lovely, now the question is, what are the odds of Jim and Blair leaving the Lady be? With their thrack record? No chance at all. Love the way Airwolf introduces herself too. And calling String "Michael's Thorn" is classic! It fits so well. |
Dybael 6/7/09 . chapter 1BPAL moment again - Michael's scent of "mint and mountains" would be Faeu Boulanger (earth, mist, mint, violet). Or possibly Undertow (lotus, juniper, mint). I'm going to end up making my perfume purchases based on scents that fit your lovely descriptions, you know. |
Ladyhawke 620 - airwolf addict 3/17/09 . chapter 1Wow, great story. Little unnerving between Hawke and Archangel at the end. Airwolf has part of him, and Archangel the rest?
And the next thought is how does he keep him from killing him?
Never can accuse you of a dull moment... |
wheresmybook 10/27/08 . chapter 1Reading your stories is not good for my study habits- but it is just so intresting! I suppose I'll have to go look up sentennial now- hope it isn't too long... my list of things to watch is putting major constrants on my time. |
Holen-Snape 10/5/07 . chapter 1Hey, I love all of your airwolf stories and would love to read more about Daniels interaction with Michael. thank you for writing so many great stories. Love Godzilla and Sentinel crossovers you have here as well. thank you |
SithelfJen 3/2/07 . chapter 1I really enjoyed this story. I love how you tied Archangel and Ellison together. The mysticism was well done as well. It wasn't in your face like some other stories I have read in the past.
So Archangel and String are a guide and sentinel pair...that should be interesting!
Thanks for posting! |
Kyra2 7/14/04 . chapter 1Oh..this was fun! But I'm curious about the other pilots. If Hawke was Archangels Guide, then will the others find their Guides? And what will happen if they don't? |
Rachelle Ryan 8/20/03 . chapter 1I can't believe they actually thought Archangel would stay in that interrogation room. I mean come on.
I must say that your villan gave me the willies. Creepy creature that. Nice to know that a good artillary round goes a long way. |
B Oots 4/25/03 . chapter 1 I really enjoyed the story. I can't wait to read more of your stories. |
Princess Nat 8/28/02 . chapter 1Wow! That was simply awesome! I love Airwolf (I have every episode on tape of the original series). I love the way you've developed the characters and the telepathic link between Airwolf and her pilots is wonderful. Please, write more! I can't wait to read more of their adventures. Thanks for writing! :-) |
sandra 7/16/02 . chapter 1 Great piece of fanfiction. I really enjoyed reading your story. Please keep writing - I am looking forward to reading more about the friendship between the Airwolf crew, especially including Michael. |
Archangel's Hllion 5/20/02 . chapter 1 Exellent story; maybe a little more on the supernatural side than some people might like, but a good friend once reminded me that Bellesario (original producer of AW)
*likes* the occasional whiff of the occult in his series! Although I've read your other stories, I hadn't noticed this before: you keep referring to Archangel as having green?
eyes... sorry, but they are blue. It may seem like a minor detail, but I found it a bit jarring. *g* Now, repeat after me: Archangel's eyes are BLUE (just like Alex Cord's).
BTW: Keep writing! Not too many Airwolf stories out there these days, sigh... |
Andrea Marbry 5/18/02 . chapter 1 GREAT story! It was nice seeing that Michael Briggs has taken an interest in protecting Blair's
work! And it was great seeing that Incacha *did* have a reason for declaring Blair a "Shaman". I can't wait to see what happens next! All the
characterizations were right on target, although
Jim was understandably shocked to find out that
Michael Briggs has improved from the man he knew.
At least, this time, Airwolf and Crew got paid back for the favors rendered in Cold Creek...
Keep up the great work! |
