I haven't heard the song that it's based on, so I may check it out on Youtube. I hope that you will continue to share your writing in this section. Aside from a few grammar issues, the story reads well and the ideas are interesting.

This is really nice. But I'm surprised no one in this fandom wrote anything based on the sequel, 'Morning Is A Long Time Coming'. I just read it & even though it's totally different, it was nice. In the book Patty meets a frenchmen, Roger, whom she falls in love with. She has to decide between Roger & persueing finding a mother in Anton's mother.

Maybe you or someone else can write a fanfiction with something to do with that.
