I really enjoy your story so far, probably because it has the same idea of Naruto failing the graduation test (like "A Drop of Poison). Wow. That sounds bad. Okay, erm, I like that it isn't cliché! Yep! That's it. :D

It's ironic, about the names I mean, I was curious as to their origin so I had planned on looking it up. Hmm. Sadly though, I have absolutely no solid idea. I can take a guess though! I've been researching and all I got was Minbari.

i have to agree with cj-cold with most of parts while i disagree with others maybe a brothel could be brought in later by a pkb and the info network a little bit after the wave arc if you want to do that but he is still an acadmey student, sure bring somethings in as he learns them or leave them out all together because in the end its your choice. he did bring up a good point on the other clans though. with the inuzuka the pkbs could gain their own smell as the gain their independence as a person. in the end its up to you what you want to do pathkeeper. -The Guardian of the Inheritance

Really enjoying this story. I loved the original by Snapdragon but he is really slow on updates.

Really like how Naruto has set up his investment group as a front. I also like the idea of the Sineval Group being based out of Tanzuka Gai and having trade routes between Konoha and the Capital.

A few issues and ideas that may need to be addressed.

Scent - does Naruto have a way to disguise the scent of his clones from Inuzuka, or his chakra from Aburume and Hyuuga.

Spy network - Naruto might wish to have his proto-KB look into information gathering outside of Konoha.

Businesses Naruto might want to look into.

Bar - always good for info gathering.

Restaurant - might be able to get Ichirikus help.

Brothel - maybe hostile takeover and he help the girls.

As far as the language that you picked the names up from, too easy. MINBARI from Babylon 5. Yee'doreEternal City

And as for the NEW jounin that is mentoring Motoko. My guess would be Kurenai Yuuhi who was a rookie jounin when canon Naruto graduated and after the experience with Yukamo could use some confidence building in her teaching.

I don't really have anything much to say about your story, just letting you know I'm enjoying it and like your ideas for what he's doing with his clones.

I think it will be hilarious as hell for Naruto to flirt witk Iruka as Matoko. Also, this means that Naruto is learning women's wiles and should be safe from such tricks, since he is the ultimate trickster...hehe!
