As much as I hated that Monica went to Richard's apartment in that episode (although, given the situation, it was entirely realistic), I really loved the Chandler/Richard scene. Because I always liked Richard and Monica together, at least until Monica and Chandler were together. I've always thought that as intimidated as Chandler may be because of Monica's past with Richard, that must be hard for him to reconcile because he really, really liked Richard when Monica was with him.

That was my wordy way of saying I'm glad you gave us this scene. :)

That was the sweetest scene!

I kinda liked Richard on the show. The only thing that I hated about him was that he was confessing his undying love for his ex-girlfriend, when she was in a steady relationship with a guy, whom he had once considered to be *his* friend.

But this is really plausible, and very sweet :)

And I don't know why, but I really like the usage of present tense.

Filler scene one-shots are my favorite things to read and you do a great job with the characters! I have so many suggestions! And not enough creativity to do them myself:

Chandler/Rachel: He took her to his company's Christmas party which is how she ended up dating that guy. What was that experience like?

Chandler/Phoebe: I always felt like she didn't like him, even before he ran out on Monica, like the whole series. Why? Or maybe just a "bonding over lost childhood scene.

Chandler/Jack: asking his permission to marry Monica

Chandler/Monica: anything!

Thanks, that was exactly what I wanted! Ross is probably my least favorite character, so writing him's a mystery to me, but I loved that. Perfect brother/sister moment. And, it's funny, I'm literally right now writing a one shot between Monica and Chandler set at this same time.
