Yes, the camels are a nice touch - just the kind of dream I'd imagine someone like Frank having. And you've caputured the dynamics of the friendship of the three well - Laurence the peacemaker and Daniel and Frank constantly bickering.

Poor sod - even in his feverish dreams he gets blamed for everything! (The dead camels made me laugh, though.)

And Daniel did it again. He's in for some trouble, huh? ;-)
