IT'S...IT'S OVER. During all the fighting, I clung to the edge of my seat. I felt so sad when Kuja, Golbez, Sephiroth, and Jecht stayed behind...I was worried it would turn into the kind of "leave-me-behind-to-die-but-it's-totally-ok" sort of situation. I'm glad it didn't!
And the end...was so touching. Tidus' line, "We're done fighting," was just, so right. They ARE done fighting. Thank god. And the part about not forgetting? That made it all the better.
Also, the line "Ahh. The word tasted right" was so awesome. I don't know. I just fell in love with it. After everything, it feels like Light knows what "friends" are. Maybe. Anyway, it made me smile.
Thank you for writing! You did say that you would hang around this fandom, so I'm really looking forward to more! Hopefully, we'll see you next time in another story!
Have said it once, and will say again, the lack of reviews for the piece is a borderline criminal omission. At any rate, I shall say the following: Thank you for the story, its completeness, its fun and drama and humor and glorious action sequences. Many of the original DDF boys were not my faves, but I like them all better in your characterization than I did in their home games, so for that I tip my hat.
Keep writing bella. I look forward to reading.

Ninasnum 9/8/11 . chapter 5
Nice twist! I really did not expect the Warrior of Light becoming Chaos himself.
Looks like we're heading for the final battle. Can't wait for the conclusion!
inkie 9/5/11 . chapter 5
I think I'm suffering an awesomeness overload. Seriously. The fights, the magic, the working together-it was just "super awesome Dissidia all my favorite characters are here" time all over again. Yeah. You are the coolest person ever.
And so it comes to the end in the next chapter? Ah...well. Okay. I guess it's good for the crew, because hey, nobody wants to fight forever. On the other hand, I enjoyed reading this so so much. But I guess it's too early to be lamenting! Thank you for writing and I'm looking forward to next time!
Ninasnum 9/2/11 . chapter 4
Yes! Everyone's together now!
The Cloud/Sephiroth moment was nicely done and not out of character.
Really excited to see Warrior of Light explaining what's happening.
inkie 9/1/11 . chapter 4
afpihgeubamkvd you are right. the gang is REALLY all here now, and what a glorious journey it has been. really, you are amazing. to think that the main story begins now, when they are all gathered...!
also, your fight scenes gave me this wonderful feeling of vindication. like, you know, finally beating that last form of sephiroth/ultimecia/whatever after it almost kicking your ass. ahhh, yes. such a good feeling.
thank you so much for writing, and by the way, your story fills me with so much glee. this story is absolutely wonderful and amazing and brilliant. thank you thank you thank you.
*stamps seal of approval on the Cloud/Sephiroth part*
Oh very nicely done. I adore how this is written and presented. You write the characters extremely well, handling so many at one time with an ease that makes me jealous!
Can't wait for the next update.
The Criteic 8/31/11 . chapter 3

Ninasnum 8/29/11 . chapter 3
This story is absolutely wonderful. The characterizations are spot on and the plot twists and action scenes don't disappoint.
Can't wait for everybody to come together to fight.
This new chapter seems to be building up to an all-out war!

like an extra large cockroach
LIKE AN EXTRA LARGE COCKROACH
that line had me dying multiple times over of laughter.
aghhh, but of course there is more to your amazing story than just hilarious phrases and conflict and love and jeezus you are a wonderful author, aren't you? every aspect of what you write-action, romance, the whole works is intriguing and well-developed. i love reading this so much and i really do hope you keep writing.
p.s. i let out a huge squeal when firion showed up. THE GANG'S ALL HERE BB haha dissidia nostalgia? XD
I just wanted to add my voice to Distant's in saying that this is really a marvelous ride of a story so far. Your take on Tidus and the pyreflies is genius - clever and funny and swiftly insightful.
Also, I shall not slap you if you get too serious because I am a shameless lover of pulp and melodrama, so the juicier with tears and guts, the better for me. *laughs narmy exdeath laugh*.
Anyway, well done, and thank you for the sophisticated writing, the giggles and the sparkly ideas.
*blinks* Whoa. That was certainly an abrupt change in pacing! After spending most of the last chapter dealing with the fact that Sephiroth has come back from the dead and is now bent on invading/occupying Cloud's kitchen and drinking ridiculously sweet coffee, the breakneck speed with which this chapter progresses is really quite a shock to the senses.
That being said, I love how you're switching up the traditional groups. :D Seeing some new dynamics between the characters is/will be awesome - one of my only regrets about Dissidia is that we have to imagine so much of the character dynamics, or try to extrapolate from the versus quotes (which, naturally, is difficult and has its pitfalls...). I love how the Onion Knight thinks of Bartz - particularly his commentary on Bartz's explanation for Exdeath's non-agressive nature.
'"Hmm, well, I kind of think he's gone back to just being a tree. And who knows what trees are thinking?"
Succinct. Leave it to Bartz'.
Seriously, it made me laugh so hard. I'm thoroughly enjoying the dynamic between Terra and the Onion Knight, as well - that was one of my favourite relationships in Dissidia, and it'll be good to see how they get strong together.
I hope that Kefka will be making a reappearance later, though. It would be a pity to have dispatched him permanently so early. But if you really hate him that much, of course... ;P
I can't wait to read the next chapter!
Ninasnum 8/26/11 . chapter 2
This story just keeps getting better and better! I love the character interaction and the battle scenes are really good. I can't wait to see what happens next.
inkie 8/23/11 . chapter 1
This is really awesome. Even if you see lots of "space-time twisting" in the Dissidia fandom, every time it's always fresh and exciting. Your story is no exception. I love how Sephiroth is (alive and) sane in this verse, though. That's a very new idea to me, and I can't wait to see another chapter!
Also. Kuja's hair. That had me giggling like Anderson Cooper.
Thank you so much for writing and I really do hope you will continue!
The lack of reviews for this story is only confirming what I have long suspected - fandom has extremely hit-and-miss tastes. I, for one, am thoroughly enjoying this! You have a crisp, simplistic style that serves to deliver just the right details to paint a picture of an action scene, and I love your selection of details when it comes to characters. I particularly enjoyed the way that Sephiroth takes his coffee. ;)
Speaking of which - Cloud and Sephiroth have definitely got be among my least favourites in Dissidia, yet you make me adore them here, which is no mean feat! Your sane!Sephiroth is note perfect from what I remember of Crisis Core (it's been some time since I played), and you've even managed to make Cloud endearing in his own Sephiroth-related-stubbornness.
And Zidane's reactions to Cloud's world at the end... I giggled so hard. And then Kuja arrived on the scene, and I had to clamp a pillow over my face to avoid my shrieking laughter disturbing my neighbours.
In short, this is a masterful beginning to what I am sure will be a brilliant piece of work, and I greatly look forward to the next chapter! :D
