Great insight - well done

Very beautiful story!

I really enjoyed this story. I thought you did a good job showing the progression from mourning the losdd of a friend to realizing just how much moresignificant the loss was because he is in love with her.

Would love to see you continue it and possibly show how he deals with the realization. Then have the big reveal and have her come back then write about conflicted emotions of seeing her again after losing her. Having him struggle to tell her how he feels after she comes back could be humorous if you decided to go that direction.

So sad but beautifully written.
