I think that it would be inevitable that one of the team would be at the head of his list. His father is pathetic and can't see beyond his own wants and needs.

I think that he would have Gibbs on there but maybe you are right and it wouldn't be number one. I believe that somewhere deep inside he still doesn't want to be too vulnerable with him, more of a alpha male sort of thing.

I love the introspective thoughts of DiNozzo.

With their line of work it would be a hard decision to make :)

Interesting choice to have Ziva as next of kin and I can definitely see Abby being the second choice... One minor issue: Ziva does not talk in contractions and you have her using them.
