This is quite good. I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing the chemistry and the reference to the "real" Little Red Riding Hood is perfect, fitting for the plot and in the same style as in the films. Well done.

A few nitpicks, suggestions on when your sentences are a bit clunky:

"I'm faced my granddaughter's disappointment and anger before." Pretty sure it should be "I've faced" as in "I have faced...

"This position is the opportunity of a time." Think it should be "lifetime", not just "time".

"Preferably someone who he hasn't known since they were a literal kid, he thinks but doesn't add." I'd shuffle it to "He silently adds: preferably someone he hasn't known since they were a kid."

", with the used-to-be kid he's known since before teenagerhood." Very clunky, but I don't really have a suggestion. I just think it is clumsy and thought you might want to consider changing it.

""The bags and bags of goodies I have in my refrigeration isn't a enough," he inquires, wryly, sitting up." Think it should be an "?" after "enough" as it is a question.

Fun read. Considering that there is only 20 hoodwinked on FFnet in full, I'm surprised there was something as good as this. If you know any place with more good Hoodwinked, please let me know.
