Very nice job with this. I think you captured Sam's thoughts perfectly. I like how you took us back to before he got to the scene of the car fire and showed how worried he was. When he was calling for Andy once he arrived on scene I nearly died. He was so panicked and worried. I loved it. I'm completely pissed at Sam for taking the job. I mean, why would he take it after an almost kiss with Andy only hours before? Got me. Good job with this story!

Great job. I love the way you express Sam's thought process. The writers have a cruel streak, but then I keep reminding myself that 23 episodes is only 1 season for a regular show.
