You've so read my mind. Cat is my favourite character too and I love the way you've captured her here. I'm actually thinking of writing a story in her POV too (more of a Cat/Annabelle love thing I suppose, glad my thoughts made me stumble across this. The writing style is simple enough, almost sparse to emulate how empty she feels. You really got inside her head, I love it

I really liked reading something gritty from Cat's stance. I recently had an unpleasant encounter with one of the film's "stars" and was soured on the film, but his has turned it around for me.
