As excellent as the first year has been.
Well it HAD a certain lack of improbable constructions and spell abuse just to prepare for the summer after his shock in the first year but the general humor and insanity made well up for it. The punishment for Draco alone was hilarious beyond words.

Hmmm did he ever come around to understand his little wording problem with the telescope as afterwards he seemed to sometimes being able to remember Luna's name and might have come to the right conclusion...
And i'd say every sequel would need far more Luna time than this one, it slacked a bit off after second chapter so shame on you! :D Why, it would not even need to be one story of four chapters for each year... maybe a fiver to close the gap until graduation and his legal return into the muggle world fully able and allowed to use magic as an epilogue? :D Settling down near the Dursleys just to give them all heart attacks with his magic use without ever anybody else but them noticing? Having a cult of loyal followers amongst the house elves torturing them without his knowledge whenever they manage to go abroad?

There's great (and terrible!) perspective in this lazy bummer...

I have the strangest feeling that Larry could end up an even bigger villain for Harry than Voldemort... Like the magical version of a rouge AI.
Would like to see some more of this, even if it is just a bunch of one-shots.

can I recommend (beg, offer my soul, kill for you in exchange for) you scribbling some of your ideas down as little one shot drabbly things, if you're not writing the full 3rd years? because I would totally absolutely love that, and by the way I'm going to be shoving the link to your fanfics at anybody who'll listen I've just about died laughing, and I tried explaining to my younger sister about Larry, since she caught me mid-laughter fit, and she looked really creeped out which means I'll have to get her into reading HP fanfics soon. :D
