This is awesome. i love your style. It's smooth and realistic and thougt-through.

I really think this is the best fanfiction I've ever read. Too bad I couldn't read more. I hope you haven't abandoned this and are working on an update.

You break my heart. This is wonderful and I'm pretty sure this is how the story went when the screen faded - it's canon, it has to be, it's too perfect to be just fanfiction. You really do know how to write Tony which isn't that easy, I think and your Pepper lovely - so compassionate and thoughtful and responsible and serious and cute at the same time.

Please, update. Do not, under any circumstances, abandon this story. It's too good. I'm very curious about what happens next, where will you take Tony and Pepper from here - I really wouldn't mind some Fury, Coulson and the Avengers in the background since there most probably won't be much Tony/Pepper in the same movie so it's be nice to already have some kind of a head!canon where they're at least trying to be together and maybe... Maybe making it work?

She's only just realized that she's the only one whose eyes he seeks out. Tony hates eye contact. He avoids it at all costs, because his eyes are the one part of him that his bravado doesn't reach.

Happy looks uncomfortable. Natalie looks bored.

I could go on, but my point is that you've so nicely expressed so many moments in simple, elegant ways. Just lovely, and I'm looking forward to chapter three.

Good for Tony to stay and help out. I think that he should defend Pepper against the jerks who are against her and make sure that she gets the credit that she deserves. This is a nice story, liked how that the aftermath is not so clean cut as one would hope for.

The worst thing about this story is that it keeps ending! I try to go slow and savor it, but then I get completely sucked into it and then, bam, there's the end of the chapter. But I'm not patient enough to wait until you finish it, so I guess I'm just a masochist! Great job. :)

What a roller coaster ride! Great chapter. I like how she is letting him in little by little. Verry Pepper.
