That was a very "D'awww" read, it was very fluid and a strangely rare pairing, so that's a plus.

I really enjoyed how innocent Conner is in this, very unsure and asking if hugging someone else is cheating ( I hope not, I'm a huggy-type person myself so that would be bad for me)

I felt so sad for Megan too, you could just feel her sorrow as you read it.

I kind of wish you would've included the remainung YJ team after Red and Conner hooked up, would have been neat to hear Robin or Wally react.

And of course Red Arrow was cool, I liked seeing him playing big brother in a way, it is nice to read.

This pairing there is just too little of and to me they just make so much sense, no? I am sure it would have been a lot more popular if Roy and Conner interacted some more, which I believe they should! They are so adorable together and I definitely think they both were in need of a hug from another! This was lovely written and I really enjoyed myself!

Though I felt it was a bit OOC for Conner to just cry like that (because he's a bit more on the firm side than that and just being with a guy I don't believe would change such), I think you captured their relationship quite nicely!

Anyways The reasoning for Roy giving Conner hugs and then how it went from why he gave them to why he wasn't sure why he let Conner kiss him was AMAZING, I felt it flowed naturally

Love how you just went for the idea TWWOO! I didn't expect to see it come to fruition so soon.

The beginning is great with Roy rationalizing between being a stand offish kind of guy and need a nice muscle hug every now and then.

I love how he blames Superman and Batman for not hugging Conner enough.

It's such a silly and yet sort of true argument. Conner does probably seek out Roy's friendship because Supes is ignoring him and Batman seems unapproachable. And the him being the oldest excuse was funny because really being the oldest by a year does not mean you need to bear-hug Conner!

The transitions from reasons he lets Conner hug him to him letting Conner kiss him was great. It followed naturally.

Yay for UST hating Roy! Seeing him tell it how it is to Kon was wonderful.

Roy's bluntness after Conner asks his question about "them" was perfect. And then he asks Conner within the same sentence if he loves him back! Way to let the boy process anything, Roy!

Poor Meg! She got her heart broken all because she doesn't know how to shape-shift into a man for muscle hugs. (At least that's my take on it) haha.

Kaldur giving Conner a hug towards the end was cute.

And a happy ending! *throws confetti*

Pfft. I didn't need any shirt ripping...I just pictured everyone inexplicably without shirts the whole story. (What! They are shirtless in all scenes that clothing is unmentioned until proven otherwise. It's my argument and I'm sticking to it.)

Conner paired with anyone that's not Megan or Robin is always an automatic winner for me.

I love the transition from Roy believing he is Conner into flirting with him. This fic also made me think of their similarities about their father issues: "Maybe it was Roy that needed a good hug once in a while." Even thought Roy purposely distanced himself from Ollie, he can still relate to Conner's lack of a father figure.

Anyway, Conner taking the first step and kissing Roy was endearingly sweet. Megan's jealousy was appropriately used; i thought it fit the story well and didn't seem overdone, probably because you didn't make her into a raging psychopath after being rejected.

Despite the other team members involved, this fic continued to center on the wonderful Conner/Roy pairing. I'm really enjoying your one-shots.
