Really, Nate was kind of blunt here to be honest. But then again, he really doesn't know whether the world he's in is somehow real or not, and I guess if he wants to be totally truthful at this point then "You're fictional" is the only way to do it. Holy shit cakes! I have to say that was the best ending to one of your chapters yet, but damn you for another cliffhanger :P. Regardless the 3 week wait was more then worth it, I can't wait to see how everyone takes this news. I hope however it doesn't screw up your Natfie pairing.

As for other reviewers thinking that Nate is overpowered I don't agree with them, considering he has all the normal human limitations I think he is just powerful enough. And even if he does seem too strong sometimes I think it fits perfectly. He is an abnormality on this word so its normal genetic capabilities don't apply. Keep up what your doing, I really like how unique Nate is and I can't wait to see how you further develop his abilities and personality as he has really come a long way compared to how he was in chapter 1 :).

Anyways I can't wait for more, I'm looking forward to chapter 38.

There are many authors on this website that write novels like this, but never see through to it all. I'm glad you're still sticking to this despite the other things that keep you busy in your life, and I applaud you for it.

If only you could have put in more details when Nate finally explains himself to the group. It would have built more suspense and been more dramatic. Small example "I knew that what I would say now would make or break everything." Not the greatest example, but something like that. A little more description and details, and this chapter will be complete!

But I praise you in your commitment to this story after all this time. Please do not give up, and keep up the good work! Good tidings!

Blasted cliffhanger. That said, I think "nearly every detail" is overstating it a bit. Nate does know everything from the games, but when you look at the grand scheme of things, we only see a small slice of each character's lifespan over the course of Before Crisis, Crisis Core, FF7, Advent Children, and Dirge of Cerberus. That leaves a lot of random details that he wouldn't know. It would be best if he re-worded that so they wouldn't think he could answer any random question about what they did on their thirteenth birthdays or anything.

That. I believe the easiest way to explain is to mention it as reading a book and then suddenly being inside the book. Everyone has reads book after all. Anyways great update and I hope you update soon
