I'm really liking this story and the interactions. Steve isn't a jerk, Charlie's not a jerk, Kono experiences loss rather than betrayal...yay for heart-tugging stories like these which make us feel without pissing us off! Looking forward to Steve and Kono's reunion.

awesome job. whoo! future-fics are always my favorites to read and write; it really gives the author suuuuch creative freedom. and you used it to the fullest. :) plus, despite what he is to steve/kono fics - I still adore Charlie! and you used his character flawlessly (read: i still loved him just as much at the end of your fic as i did when i started). thanks for writing!
