| atheniangoddess 7/8/12 . chapter 2 From reading your story I get the idea now that Mr. Bell knew about Thornton and Margaret the whole time, and only asked Margaret to marry him so she'd admit her feelings for Thornton. I think you really bring out the stuff hidden underneath the surface in the original. I like your writing style as well and I can definitely hear Margaret's voice in this story. Although the romance moved along quite fast for me but I liked it all the same :) |
| Lady Isadorra 5/21/12 . chapter 4 I too hated in the mini series because you could tell by the look on Thornton's face that he wanted to stay with her! I love this retelling and hopefully by the time her mother passes away she will be able to lean on Thornton more because of their growing romance and by the time her father passes he will be able to comfort her fully, as her intended! I hated that she was left alone for her mother and father's passing, especially her father because she was truly alone! I cant wait for more! |
