Don't know what is going on with Charlie but it makes me wonder if perhaps he is not whatever people think him to be or perhaps perhaps just plain crazy. Which case him and Tig should get on well, if no one else kills him first.
Is Tig out of character or is he setting him up for a fall, should be interesting to see where you are taking this story.
