I really love this fic. I like how many little stories there were in it like gwaine and percival, merlin's hormones and arthur getting ill, and morgause trying to kill the baby. It was like a little mini tv movie :P maybe you could do another sequel to this with the baby :) great story

I'm so sorry, I'm just so overwhelmed by that ending, my laptop has fluff stains all over the screen and down the sides... IT WAS SO ROMANTIC! And what made the ending seem more amazing was your perfect touch of an ever after effect. Pure Bliss and it has been a PLEASURE to read, allow me to grace you with my final review for this amazing creation.

I'm still a bit light-headed right now so I apologise if this review is too sweet.

From the drama of the battle, the way Arthur had become Merlin's shadow once more broke my heart... I was so overpowered by Arthur's emotion, how he blamed himself so much for what happened that it physically hurt. The way he told Merlin *while they were cuddling which made me smile like the idiot I am* that he felt his heart rip at the fact he wasn't there when Merlin needed him most, that he didn't care if Merlin said he was fine, how he had to find him first... the pain in his eyes was unbearable and for a good long horrible moment... Arthur looked so vulnerable. But Merlin, not wanting Arthur to waste his time on him and thinking it sweetly not needed anymore, the way he told him that the time was the exception, how he had his parents here and Morgause couldn't touch him here, that he wouldn't be alone. But... the event had been so emotionally devastating for Arthur, thinking that he almost lost both Merlin and their child... something inside him now was pumping such broken love and it was heartbreaking touching when he said he would never leave Merlin's side, how no matter what Merlin did, he wouldn't care. Then what Merlin did next made Arthur's heart stop. What was probably a sign of his general annoyance, no offense intended... but when Merlin turned his back and ignored Arthur... after what an happened, after all they've been through, the fact that Merlin didn't even say goodnight truly took a knife to Arthur's heart. He looked so hurt... big puppy eyes and pouting lips and everything...

When I read the next line I almost fanited, I thought Merlin was going into labour now! I certainly took deep breaths! It made me laugh though, how Merlin collapsed into his pillow feeling himself grow hard... now of all times... damn Arthur and his effect on Merlin _ When he then moved to face Arthur, the way he started to shake Arthur... midnight sex was certainly on Merlin's mind. I don't know why but I truly loved sleepy Arthur, he was so cute. When Merlin said he was hard, it was as if Arthur would know EXACTLY what Merlin needed, their mutual lust is breathtaking. But when Arthur said in the tone he used, sarcasism with a cutting edge... Merlin's sudden pang of heart was so devastating to see, how Arthur then explained in his state that Merlin hadn't even said goodnight, how that pained him so much that how could Merlin think he was in the mood now... Then it was as if Merlin's heart was being ripped out, instead of seeing this as a sleepy state mishap, he took it so personally... and the way Arthur's 'let me sleep' just stabbed his heart, his broken 'Arthur?'... thinking Arthur had fallen out of their love so quickly... Merlin just crumbled there and then when Arthur started snoring... When the thoughts hit him, I wanted Arthur to properly wake and tell Merlin that he loved him to no end, that even the horizon wasn't far enough for his love. Merlin looked truly heartbroken and the way he got out of bed, each step making his heart ache even more from its cold soreness... it was heartwrenching when he turned up on Gwaine and Percival's door... needing someone to talk too... knowing that the tears running down his cheeks were flooding his soul, his heart weeping in the night. I thought this scene was really heartfelt and your vision in story telling, I always say it but thats because its true, your story telling is just so amazing and I get so absorbed in your writing. So as I was saying, the way Gwaine and Percival comforted Merlin, making him see the truth was actually breathtaking.

When Merlin appeared at the door, Gwaine's reaction really added to the atmosphere, not caring about the time when Merlin was in such a state, his help and comfort was so caring. Then when Percival sat up, seeing it was Merlin, the way he asked if he was alright, such care lacing their words... Gwaine and Percival are certainly the cupids of this chapter _ When Merlin's voice broke, his emotions suddenly coated the atmosphere in such sorrow and I thick my heart actually broke with the pressure. He seemed as if he was ready to unravel into a never-ending emotion of despair. The way Percival light the candles in haste then sat with Gwaine, asking him what happened... I truly loved their next words. Not only did they get Merlin to see past his hormones... but the fact that they too also could see how much Merlin meant to Arthur was so moving, Arthur's affections so obvious for all to see. Their words were exactly what I would have said. Through this, the reader was also given an insight into Arthur, how he did blame himself so regrettingly for what happened, how the one time something dangerous happened Arthur wasn't there to protect him. Then when they told him that Arthur had never looked so broken and ready to crumble in tears, how he thought he lost both Merlin and they baby... Arthur's overwhelming emotions suddenly seemed so clear to Merlin. And when they went further into explaining Arthur's actions, how he was couldn't be more wrong when he said Arthur was falling out of love with him... how when Merlin didn't say goodnight, that hurt Arthur more than anything before, how the thought would have still been lingering when he woke up in his sleepy state. Merlin sigh then was so heavy, one of deepest regret and emotional relief. But Arthur had came... and when Percival opened the door, the way Arthur poured his heart out there and then, bare footed in all his glory, so sorry for what he did, willing to give what Merlin wanted now. Then when Merlin wrapped his arms around Arthur and said he was sorry... there were tears in his words, such emotion in the way he held Arthur, asking for him to take him to bed. Arthur's 'Gladly' was so warm and loving, his kiss his apology.

Gwaine and Percival _ *giggles* thats an outtake right there _

I'ved read quite a lot of your stuff and I have to say... you do emotional sex very well... if thats a genre. This is where the fluff truly started to make me melt. The way Arthur looked at Merlin searching for his love, for comfort, asking if he still wanted him... then when Merlin took his hand and placed it to his hard erection and said so obviously 'What do you think?'... the affectionate lust and deep love that rippled through Arthur was amazing, Merlin with the biggest grin on his face. His desperation to kiss Merlin was amazing, needing Merlin's moist lips against his, needing Merlin's hot skin caressing his own. Never have I seen him move to the bed so fast, and when he laid Merlin sideways... he was so gentle *sighs* he's so in love. When he oiled his fingers... even their breaths were so filled with feelings, how this time it would be to seal their love from all doubt. When Merlin felt Arthur part his cheeks, the tingles he felt were incrdible. Arthur's words were so soft, such care. And Merlin's sweet pleas were so tender, then as Arthur started to prepare him, the butterfly kisses just blew me away, took my breath, I don't know why, but the balance of the deep raw intimacy and tenderness of Arthur's actions, the love shining in their eyes and the lustful blood in their veins... I was lost for a few moments. Then when Arthur moved himself after Merlin's moans of rumbling desire, his nerves building... then when Arthur thrust into him... the way he was overcome by such pleasure, completely overstimulated and almost close to passing out from the elation... his groans his only release of the coil within him, as Arthur started thrusting even harder and faster, Merlin's heat and tightness sending him into total unbearable bliss. The way the feelings were more than he could handle, how Merlin needed to steady himself on the table was brilliantly sexy. Then from Arthur's hand on him, Arthur's thrusts and his dirty gentle words, the way he came in such bursting pleasure, how Arthur was close behind as his muscles sucked him further in, making him relish in rapture. The calm after... their muscles sensitivity was amazing. And their cuddling, their kiss then their 'I Love You's... their words were so thick with affection and laced with such quivering love that... it was so romantic.

The way Merlin just now surrendered to Arthur's care was quite sweet, enjoying it now more than ever. Their intimate cuddling and nipping kisses were so romanticly adorable, then when Arthur went to suck Merlin, his confusion when Merlin cried out, how it wasn't in pleasure but in pain, how the baby was coming now... I LAUGHED SO MUCH! Arthur's panic was adorable, saying he'd go fetch Balinor and Gaius, suddenly anxiety and excitement stunning his nerves. And this line you totally got from the series and I'm so glad you included it XD Arthur and his pants... its not his fault he doesn't like wearing them when Merlin's around _

Awwwwww Arthur's panic was so adorablly sweet, how he'd been pacing for all this time, everyone else touched by his hopeless devotion. When he asked what was taking so long... the fear in his voice was heartwarmingly moving, how he looked at everyone with worry flooded eyes, asking if things would be okay. Then when Ygraine comforted him, saying that they'd be told otherwise... when Gaius came, the atmosphere went so thick...

WHAT AN AWESOME ACTION SCENE! IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME! YOU HEAR ME! AWESOME! It was actually amazing, your description was phenomenal. It was so incredible, Arthur's movements powered by his love for Merlin.

The beginning was actually perfect. I imagined drum beats and urgency music with the fact 'Accidentally In Love' was in my head at the time *and still is now* it was a strange but WONDERFUL combination of background in my head music XD

Arthur seemed to desperate to fix things, it was so upsetting to see him like this, but there was an amazing surge of determination within him that I completely melted for. The way he caught up to Balinor, wanting to know the times of their departure and saying that when all was said and done, the fact of Morgause hurting Merlin and the baby was for a stab at Arthur's heart, how Arthur now took the moment and wanted Morgause to heal what she had done. Balinor couldn't agrue with a broken prince in love now could he? *Shakes head* I thought so, therefore, Arthur would settle things with Morgause, and it was nice to know that they would have the extra company of Lancelot in the background. And even after all this, Arthur still asks if Merlin will be alright, and the intense affection that flashed through his eyes... I don't think Balinor could ever truly know how much Arthur loves Merlin. So as it comfort his son-in-law, the way Balinor told Arthur that Hunith would be watching over him, plus the fact that he would know if anything was wrong with him through the new bracelet *ANOTHER GENIUS IDEA* With Arthur fully reassured, the way they set out for dawn was brilliant, I suddenly had a rush of excitement. The fact he went back to be with Merlin, to cherish every moment... *melts*

*melts more* The way Arthur felt nervous for the day, knowing that today would either be Merlin's death or his freedom from this curse... the way he held Merlin tight and kissed him so desperately... needing him to feel that he was there... how this could be the last time he could kiss Merlin and after all they've been through... the intensity in Arthur's lips and the way he felt a burn of tears in his eyes from the overwhelming love for Merlin... it was stunningly amazing. And what made the moment all the more special and heartbreakingly touching - was how Arthur so tenderly brushed Merlin's hair from his forehead, letting himself feel the moment as it might be his last with Merlin... then the unbearable ache in his heart, how he told Merlin he loved him... the atmosphere was so thick with love and you were able to describe such a yearnful heartbreak in a paragraph *hands medal of awesomeness* Arthur looked almost lost without Merlin by his side... his heart pulsing cold fear through him - but he would not let that get to him, but I dare say he let it show when he asked Gwaine and Percival to watch over him, a tear breaking his forces to prevent them.

I felt such a beat in my heart as they rode as fast as they could, knowing this journey held everything that was Arthur's heart, Arthur knowing that if they failed he would unravel and drown in sorrow. The forcefulness in Arthur's voice when he addressed the guards/knights was amazing - his look meaning *IF YOU MESS WITH ME I WILL RIP YOU APART AND ENJOY IT* Was it just me or was the fact Lancelot and Balinor looked particularly nervous scare anyone else? But Arthur was far gone in his rage and determination to save his heart's desire *sighs* The way Morgause was totally milking the situation I actually wanted to punch her for it *GLARES AT HER TO BURN HOLES IN HER HEAD* Arthur... he looked as if he truly did want to tear her apart. Yet he was able to keep his temper to its lower levels as he told her that they were here because she had hurt Merlin and his child. I felt his voice break at that point, remembering Merlin's state and how despite his wishes... there was still that horrible chance he may lose him. I loved it when Arthur said he wasn't that heartless to kill Morgause in cold blood, suggesting that SHE herself probably would. When he challenged her... if looks would kill and kill again, rip people apart and burn their remains... I dare say Morgause would be less than ash right now XD I thought Arthur addressed his terms perfectly, saying that if he won she would heal Merlin and his child... but her reward would be a mystery. Her sneeky look suggested something horrible and when she asked about their magic, the way Balinor interrupted with a denial... he was planning something too *BRILLIANT* Arthur's hesistance to accept as Morgause would get his... his child... the way the world crumbled for a bit was heartbreaking as Arthur could bear that thought. But Balinor was there for support and when Arthur accepted... the way he did it slowly as if unsure to Balinor's intentions was hilarious.

Now... the final battle, oh my... I've got shivers again. Balinor was planning something! Just brilliant. It was quite a nice scene actually, how Balinor reassured Arthur of their advantage and how he would keep him safe. And the way this did in fact relax Arthur's racing heart even for awhile was really sweet. And of course, when they went out onto the field Morgause has to be as bitchy as ever. *Slaps her round the face* I thought Emily handled the beginning well and the way Arthur's heart was pounding really made mine clench, but these feelings of fear were soon replaced with strength and determination as the battle began. I loved it, the description, how Arthur was just that much quicker than her... but than she used her fact of being a woman to her advantage, punching and dazing Arthur... Then I thought it was all lost for a moment, my heart hammering... but the way Lancelot reminded Arthur why he was here... the way he was fighting for Merlin... my heart actually flutter and started jumping in my chest as Arthur was energised by his love for Merlin. It was such a feel good moment, when he finally countered and took her sword.

Then the way Arthur's first words were for how to heal Merlin, his voice in haste and urgency... the next few minutes of affection that floated across Arthur's eyes was stunning. Then Arthur rant at Morgause was hilarious! The way he totally scolded her and beated her with words, saying how she was such a pitiful and vile person. Then the ending was just perfect, Emily in the background nodding and smiling, then Arthur wanting to get to Merlin as quick as possible.
