Mmmmh, okay first I have to wonder about something before I forget about it again. In the beginning it was said the girls were waiting at the shrine for the Outer Senshi, Mamoru AND the cats to arrive. But when Usagi all of the sudden leaves to talk to her parents, Luna turns up at the Tsukino residence without a hint of her planing to leave for a meeting. That seems a bit contradicting in my eyes. And it makes me wonder where Artemis is, since all of the human members of the team have already arrived now.
Besides that I think this was an interesting, tensing chapter that filled some lose ends, yet left other problems open. In all honesty sometimes I really think Usagi should simply tell her parents the truth and be done with it. There are a lot of things her parents would see different, if they new even half the stuff Usagi knows, though of course there will be experiences Usagi had, that no one else will understand, not matter what. Still I found it surprising that her parents reacted better to the fact that she was dating a girl, than to the children. Though at least to her defense Usagi can say that she was never pregnant in her life. XD
Ooooh and finally a confrontation between Haruka and Seiya, YES! I've been so looking forward to that moment. It already started hilarious enough with the fact that the missing Outers of course showed up right on time to hear Chibi-Usa call Seiya 'Papa'. Already had me rolling on the floor with laughter. Then I had this slight deja vu when Usagi appeared on Earth before to bring back Mamoru. Again she was trying for normalcy yet secretly unsure of how to deal with Haruka. And how brave of Seiya to take matters in her own hands. Though it was the wisest choice she could have made and Michiru was right from the beginning, the talk did them some good. I think also after Haruka saw something of the hurt Seiya showed when talking about Kinmoku and to belong somewhere, did a great deal to soften the Senshi of the wind up to the Starlights. If she was able to recognise Michiru in Seiya for a moment, I think the first step to friendship is already taken, even if I can understand they still might have a stony, long road ahead of them. All in all I think the talk was just the right mixture between Seiya's old character and the more serious moments that needed to happen. A well done confrontation in my eyes. XD
Mmmh, back to the ending... I feel sorry for Usagi and her situation. Again I think she should consider telling the truth and be done with it because in all honesty it must hurt her a great deal that she can not simply claim her own children as such, just because she had not given birth to them in the way her parents understand. At least in Chibi-Usa's and Chibi-Chibi's case she is still her mother. And Hotaru is not that much of a problem in my eyes, because she is already a young woman anyway and will soon not be that much in need of Usagi, even though she of course certainly will still seek her affection. So, the only children Ikuko's words concern anyway, are the two younger ones. *sighs*
Well, another tensing chapter with some lose ends closed up, but of course you opened up some more, not to mention everything that has been open from before. XD I can't really wait for the next chapter.
A very interesting reflection of all three relationship. I think with Ami and Taiki I liked most that they finally shared their first kiss. I think it's especially fitting that you described it with the tea flavour when the tea itself played a major role during the whole scene. Oh and yes, Germany can be a beautiful place, admittedly, I have to say I prefer the small towns and villages over the big towns, though.
Usagi's scene was amusing especially the eating part. I think I loved it the most, also because it was like seeing a hint of the old Usagi showing up there, the one who takes every stare upon her person when eating because of the masses. XD But I think you did a great way to explain WHY such a beautiful girl with the perfect body has such a hunger and is able to eat such masses without getting fat. XD
Then you put Seiya into the picture and that one was nice as well. Though I got the indication, that in Seiya's and Usagi's case there was not too much to be taken care of relationship wise. I think with their feelings and trust to each other, they are more or less steady and don't have to find themselves, like Minako, Yaten, Ami and Taiki. The have already been together after all.
Oh but I think Seiya's reaction was amusing. Good thing that this time she did not get annoyed over another decision taken from her hands, but instead saw the bright side of things. XD
And here we have Yaten and Minako. I think that I liked most at this scene was the Minako-moment and Yaten-moment with her return from the cloth's shop the blond being all disgruntled and Yaten enjoying the beauty products, already planning that shopping tour. XD And Yaten FINALLY said the three words! I was SO excited, when that happened. A very, very nice scene, which fitted the two of them so, so much.
There, it's not my usual standart review as you can see but... since I've been so busy lately (but hey at least now I finally started writing stories my readers themselves might long have given up on), but I just did not wish to leave this chapter totally without comment. That's not like me at all.
Personnally, I think the meeting between the Outers and the Seiya went very well! I liked it! So, you did a great job, very well done like always! *winks**thumbs up*
I'm just a bit sorry that there wasn't that much interraction between all the senshi together since Usagi went to see her parents; but it's true it's the logical step for the plot...so I can't tell you anything about it! *lol**sweatdrops*
I REALLY want to know what happens next! *wails*

This chapter was so sweet. Especially for Minako and Yaten. Glad they got together finally. Can't wait to see when everyone sees the Starlights are back :)
