I LOVE your fabric! Good grammar (as far as I can tell) and I LOVE the plot. You also do a good job of keeping close to previous episodes :-) ! I am sooooo glad ur doing this fix :-). I kept thinking, y didn't ickis ever get sick( they love torturing him and every OTHER weird thing has happened at one point). ._. This show was on before I was born. Any angsty sicky main character is a good story to me! _ I honestly love this despite I've only seen half an episode because I couldn't stomach it.

Oy, I was the one who was "Guest" last time, my computer just tends to be a tad wonky on this site. Wasn't sure what I was going to say, really.

Now, for some constructive critisism.
Sometimes, you forget to space the dialogue properly, ie:
"We need to go to the store" Jack said.
"I know." Said Bob.

When someone else starts talking, you start a new line. Otherwise, it can be a little confusing for the readers as to whom is talking.

Also, just an opinion, but I just don't see Simon being outright cruel. I mean, in episode: "Showdown", he even helps Ickis escape from those three other hunters who aimed to kill Ickis. Still, your story. *shrugs*

...Please don't take it that I don't like the story or that I'm flaming-in fact, I'd can't wait to see what happens next.

Oh my, another cliffhanger! - Well, I don't think Simon stands much of a chance, not really. He captured Ickis, did not even give him any water and now Ickis' friends are going to be extremely mad with him. Especially because they are both at least partially mad with themselves for not taking better care of their friend and it always is easier to lash out to an outside target than deal with your own guilt.
Not giving Ickis water was a stupid move on Simon's part in my opinion, "his" monster has a fever and he want's to keep it alive till the next day, he should give it some water! I guess he figured that a weakened monster is better to keep control off and also that if Ickis ended up dieing he still had a corpse to prove his claims. - Or he was just Simon, forgetting logic in the glory of his capture! :P
One thing in this chapter bothered me a little bit. How fast did simon get the press to react to his claim? He is a known lunatic who has had many crazy claims and he somehow got a newspaper to print it all the same day he got the monster? Did he get a special edition? Wouldn't the whole thing be printed in next day's paper? - I satisfied my unhappiness with this by deciding that the city's newspaper brings out evening editions, too. I have heard they exist, even though I have never seen one in real life.
I really enjoyed this update and it is good to know that you are not to annoyed by my nit picking. :)
Keep up the good work, but don't worry if it takes a bit to update School and real life are more important than even a nice fan fic.

I am happy you did update and I enjoyed this chapter, short as it was.

Simon is an interesting case, I think in the show he is shown as antagonist and sometimes as a villain, but he is interesting because if you would look at things form his side "there are monsters out there and i know it and I want to prove to the world that I am not crazy" is a pretty good justification for as far as he did go, canonically.

Now, I am happy that Oblina and Krumm know where to look for Ickis and I am pretty confident they are going to manage to free their friend, but I wonder how they are going to do it and how long it is going to take. - Oh, and i liked HOW they found out how to find Ickis, it sounds just like Simon to lose a business card and thus leaving a clue for the friends of "his" captured monster to find, after he managed everything else so well.- After all, apart from being as close to a villain as the show has, Simon also is a Butt Monkey who never ever has good luck for any extended period of time.
