Nice story you've got there, and one of very few Ghost Master stories around and it's an interesting take on the campaign of Ghost Master.

The only two things I would say about the story are you seem to have a few instances of two people speaking in the same paragraph which can be a bit confusing at times. The other thing would be I, personally, would have run the missions over several chapters with some chapters for the Ghoul Room portions, to expand on the ghosts interacting with one another and showing a bit more about the training.
