Interesting to think that Zidler actually has a consience

Well, you don't see fics from Zidler's point of view very often, so this was a welcome change. It was lovely and dark but also sweet in the way that he did understand, and he did love Satine. I liked the bit about Nini and her evilness, the fact that she perhaps realised what she had done (stupid wench). All in all, a very different but definitely very good fic.

*lip wobbles* Oh, that was beautiful, Storm. I don't know how I didn't run upon it before. Hmmm.

Anyway, a very lovely, bittersweet story. Great job :)

This is going on my favourites list now. I practically had a lump in my throat throughout most of this story, and fanfics rarely have that effect on me. I'll tell you something: You are a bloody talented writer.

this is wonderful! the descriptions are tasteful and vivid. it made my heart ache because zidler saw the truth and fury bubble inside me at nini...but then, her tears made me almost cry. this is written so flawlessly. i love, i love. it's going in my favourites.
