Interesting story so far. It's basically the first story I have been keeping up with in a LONG time since I stopped writing fanfiction (although I started again), and I am excited about this one.

Truthfully, I don't actually have the game (at this point anyone would be thinking: WHY ARE YOU READING THEN?) but I'm getting the game next month for my birthday (IF I can find a copy of the game) and I am basically obsessing over the game now. But I'm skipping anything that seems like spoilers anyway, sooo..

Anyways, I like it. Hoping to see an update.

So I really found this chapter to be the best one so far. The dynamics of the different relationships. I still find it strange that Joshua would become that withdrawn. You know? It's hard to imagine him feeling regret at all sometimes.

I do appreciate the longness of it though. You definitely made worth the wait. Good luck with your next chapter!

Excellent work so far! All of the characters' personalities are spot-on accurate, which is an aspect I greatly appreciate in all fanfictions. :)

Lovely chapter. It's so interesting to see the other characters meet up with him too. Beat's reaction is to be expected, for sure. Haha. And I can't help but wonder what Joshua's response would have been if he had been able to answer it, or if he would answer it at all for that matter.

I understand how something this good would take awhile to get around to, but please never discontinue it! I won't, like, BEG for a new chapter every other day, -or even every other week!- but is still love to see this awesomely made story updated from time to time. You told us not to "watch out for it", but chances are I'm going to find myself checking back here some once a week or more; it's a FANTASTIC story, after all.

From the simple plotbase, character personality, structure, grammar, consistency, voice, this story sweeps me away. The way it is so nicely tied in with the original plot of the game is really well done. Not ENTIRELY original, but I doubt it's been done so very well. Thank you so much for this story! I eagerly wait/hope for more!
