No offense but Clare is extremely ooc. Instead of using her you should have just made an oc. Now the story doesn't even seem like degrassi. It doesn't matter that it is AU because you basically made up two characters and slapped Eli and clares name onto them. Next time try to stay in character when you write a fanfic
