Ghost idk about you but that should seems a little creepy but I do agree in thinking there has to be time limit on it. I don't see how you can kick down an awesome power like that so it isn't Mary sueish but

Oh man that chapter was awesome. Her fullbring was soo cool. The ending was really sweet Ichigo is such a complicated person. Wow that sucks I would die if I had to chop my hair of but atleat it sounds like it looks cool. Can't wait for the next chapter update soon. :D

I knew Rei's fullbring had to do with shadows! (think I made a comment on it before in a previous chapter, but can't remember if I did or not) obviously her power will be hard to counter since any light can produce a shadow, but I'm going to assume that Rei can only control it to a limited degree at this point and only obeys in an interest to protect Rei and even then, will maim and destroy anything that threatens her life. Just a guess, but I guess I'll find out.

Thing that has always irked me about anime relationships is that they're totally unrealistic in how one person in the love interest is completely clueless about the fact that the opposite sex even exists in a capacity beyond friendship ;( Good to see you're holding true to that standard because I guess in the end, it makes couples more enduring in the end.

Some of your grammar is a bit rough but it doesn't keep the reader from understanding the message or the point you're trying to get across. If you're having trouble with stuff like that, toss me a pm and I'd be more than willing to help you out. :)
