Bernie is just too cute! I love him! Oh, and random... all the chocolate Jess eats in this is kind of making me sick. I think that is a chocolate overload and I love chocolate but that is too much! And do a sequel!

I really like Bernie! He seems to know what he's really doing! I love how he has a special meal for Lester!

As much as I love Becker, I wish he would have let Connor have the piece of chocolate cake!

This is interesting. Seeing the story from a different angle! I like it!

I love the bit about Matt in this chapter - how he doesn't know what he's eating! That's a nice touch considering where he came from etc.

But the bit I love most about this chapter is at the end where Bernie takes care of Lester. BRILLIANT! :D

Love the way Jess is the only one to try new things - and the others all only like casserole and cottage pie! :D

The Jecker is wonderful - with Becker saving the last chocolate cake for Jess (aawwww) and Bernie observing it all.

Aww. Ireally like this story especially because from age 8-17 I wanted to be a chef. Its so nice how people bond over food, and it's so rewarding to see that people enjoy what you've made. A sequel the Japanese night would be cute especially if there was sake involved.
